Kymera is a Legendary outfit from the Kymera set that released in Chapter 2, Season 7 as part of that season’s Battle Pass at Level 1. Kymera is a fully customizable alien super soldier, much like Season 12’s Maya, who can be adjusted in the Battle Pass tab after collecting a load of Alien Artifacts in-game.
